We are currently seeking an experienced Counter Sales Associate who will be responsible for the procurement and sale of parts to customers while working at the retail parts counter.

Required Education, Licenses, and Skills:

  • 2-3 years of Experience with Aftermarket Parts
  • 2-3 years of Sales Experience
  • Intermediate Computer Skills; including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bilingual (Spanish); preferred.
  • Ability to efficiently manage time and prioritize tasks
  • Able to Meet the Physical Requirements of the position

Retail Parts Counter Sales Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Meet Established Sales Goals
  • Understand, evaluate, and recommend solutions to meet customers’ needs
  • Fulfill customers’ needs accurately with pro-active up selling practices by promoting related items.
  • Communicate the status of orders with customers.
  • Bill and credit parts accurately.
  • Maintain business relationships with all product Vendors
  • Adhere to Company Safety Policy and OSHA Regulations
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
