Responsibilities:

  • Assist in work/tasks.
  • Act as a liaison between team admins and provide clear direction and communication.
  • Conduct check-ins and offer support for questions or needs.
  • Spectrum level knowledge preferred.
  • Ability to support self-regulation needs of the employee.
  • Teacher should have experience working with adults with disabilities.

Background:

  • We are looking for an aid to work with one of our employees. The person would need to:
  • Has a general understanding of neurodiversity and different spectrum levels that could shift depending on his needs.
  • Has experience creating schedules and routines for Adults with Autism.
  • Who would have a strategy for executive functioning routine in the workplace.
  • Will be able to assist and monitor the tasks of employee.
  • Provide clear, concise, and direct communication – can troubleshoot on-the-job tasks.
  • Work as a liaison between employee and tasks that are being assigned.
  • In office requirement - Individual would have regular check-ins or discuss progress and challenges and provide additional support as needed.
  • Full-day Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday
