Niagara Hospice provides expert, specialized care and personalized support to Niagara County residents, families and caregivers facing any type of terminal illness with a prognosis of six months or less. The Hospice House Receptionist welcomes visitors and guests to our Hospice facility. Provides customer service with patient and family requests.

The Receptionist will be responsible for customer service, answering incoming calls, light typing, and greeting visitors to our facility.

Part-time, 20 hours per week. 4-8pm 3 days per week plus every other weekend shift from 9am-5pm

Education & Experience:

• Customer service experience preferred
• High school graduate or equivalent required
• Excellent written, verbal & phone communication skills
• MS Office experience necessary
• Prior office experience required
• Previous Health Care experience preferred
