ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Project Manager - Organizer, you begin your day by connecting with clients post-sale to maintain clear lines of communication and provide updates on their projects. You manage project timelines and ensure smooth transitions from design approval to production and installation. Collaboration with internal teams allows you to address any challenges efficiently and resolve them promptly. By conducting follow-ups, you confirm client satisfaction and identify potential opportunities for upselling or additional services.
