About You:

Are you a tech-savvy wizard with a knack for creativity? Do you have a passion for creating seamless online experiences and driving traffic to high-performance websites? If so, we want you on our Content Marketing Team As our Senior Website Manager at NinjaTrader, you'll support the Content Team as a mastermind behind our digital forefront, but a powerhouse of technical knowledge to ensure our website is seamless on the backend as it is on the front. You'll get the chance to put a mix of skills to work, including your technical skills, marketing expertise, and project management capabilities, all to serve an excited (and growing) user base of futures traders and those new to futures.

The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of web best practices, front-end development, UX, and SEO. This role reports directly to the Director of Content Marketing.

In this role, you will:

  • Work the Website: Manage and maintain the technical aspects of our website (including the website's backend infrastructure), ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability. Partner with key stakeholders on updates and troubleshoot a variety of website performance issues.
  • See to SEO: Help develop and implement cutting-edge SEO strategies to boost organic traffic and search engine rankings, including publishing blog posts, images, videos, and webpages. Regularly audit the website in accordance with Google updates, including optimizing content and removing duplicate content.
  • Project Manage: Lead web development projects in partnership with key cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Growth, UX) to align digital business needs with website development and optimization. Manage the relationship with web development agency to bring web-related projects to life.
  • Champion User Experiences: Enhance the user journey by optimizing site navigation, design, and content layout to improve engagement and conversation rates. Audit content on the website to ensure it is up-to-date and relevant to visitors. Assist A/B testing efforts.
  • All Over Analytics: Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance using tools like Google Analytics, helping to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate on Content: Work closely with Marketing and Content to ensure that all web content is up-to-date, relevant, and optimized for SEO. Assist with creating new content for the website or auditing existing content to identify areas of improvement.
  • Innovation to Win It: Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously researching and implementing the latest technologies and best practices in web development and SEO.

Key Job Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in website management or related field
  • BA or MS degree in technical field or equivalent working experience  
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Kentico, WordPress, Drupal
  • Expertise in UX and SEO best practices and tools; ability to identify and execute UX and SEO opportunities
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools like GA4 and Search Console
  • Ability to work in a high performing fast-paced environment and pivot to ad hoc tasks as needed
  • Detail oriented with solid organizational and time management skills
  • Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies
  • Team player mentality
