Engagement Description:
  • Provide support in retirement administration.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • corresponding to participant's inquiries related to retirement programs and processes,
  • reconciling employee data,
  • preparing and reviewing retirement communications,
  • process incoming retirement paperwork,
  • assisting with internal and external audits, and
  • assisting with projects as needed. Other related skills may be required to perform this job.
Top 3 Required Skills/Experience
  • Proficient in MS Office especially with Excel
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Work well independently and collaboratively with team members and other departments
Required Skills/Experience The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Skills/Experience Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include:
  • Working knowledge of applicable HR Laws ( i.e. ERISA, FLSA, OHSA)
  • Three (3) years experience in HR environment or related field
Education/Certifications Include:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin., Computer Science, Human Resource Mgt or related area is highly preferred
