In this branch position you can look forward to providing a broad range of first-rate member experiences, such as: teller transactions, opening accounts, assisting with loan applications all the way through funding. You will also cross-sell products and services and resolve issues. Our consultative approach to educating and discovering members' financial needs is an important key to our success.


Requirements for a Member Service Rep. IV:

  • At least three (3) years of banking/credit union experience including teller, opening/closing accounts, issuing credit cards, assisting with loan applications through processing and funding.
  • At least three (3) years of cross-selling and referring banking services and products.
  • Must be available Monday-Fridays schedules range between 8.30am-6.30pm and Saturdays 8.30am-2.30pm
  • We perform thorough background checks, credit checks, and drug screening. EOE.

Final offers are based on qualifications, internal equity, and the level of position offered. Below are OCCU’s branch job levels with their corresponding starting hourly pay:

Member Service Rep. I : $20.00

Member Service Rep. II : $20.50

Member Service Rep. III : $21.00

Member Service Rep. IV: $22.00
