We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service. As the Hospitality Receptionist you will be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring that every member and guest enjoys a seamless and exceptional experience. Your role will involve clerical tasks to support daily Club operations, managing phone calls with efficiency, directing them to the appropriate personnel, and addressing inquiries with professionalism. You will be responsible for greeting members and guests upon arrival, assisting with their inquiries and needs, and providing information about club amenities and events.
Additionally, you will handle the sorting and distribution of mail, support administrative tasks and act as a liaison to the Board of Governors, ensuring smooth communication and coordination. Your strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining the high standards of service and hospitality that define our club.
The Hospitality Receptionist is a key member of our Club’s team, this role is pivotal in maintaining seamless operations and fostering a welcoming environment.
