The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in collections, with a preference for those who have experience in the apartment industry.Key Responsibilities:
  • Contacting customers regarding outstanding balances and delinquent accounts.
  • Negotiating payment arrangements and resolving payment discrepancies.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all collection activities.
  • Providing exceptional customer service while effectively resolving issues.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in collections, preferably in the apartment industry.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in the apartment industry.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish).
Note: We value diverse experiences and backgrounds. While experience in call centers can be valuable, we are specifically seeking candidates with collections experience outside of call center environments.
