Position Summary

As Senior Product Marketing Manager, your job will be to strengthen and communicate our transformative products position in the market by fostering cross-functional collaboration, leveraging customer journey insights, and translating deep technical and market expertise into compelling value propositions and marketing campaigns that promote our thought leadership, enhance product awareness, and generate demand to drive overall revenue growth.

The Contribution:

  • Build multifaceted marketing programs for assigned portfolio based on the product roadmap and sales focus. Ensure these programs effectively communicate benefit and value to key personas to create awareness and demand generation.
  • Serve as a product and market subject matter expert, understanding customer use cases to help develop compelling product positioning and messaging by prospective buyer role.
  • Create content and messaging to execute needed marketing tactics, especially thought leadership tactics.
  • Build and maintain a catalog of sales enablement assets to support sales outreach and engagement throughout the buying journey including demos, brochures, sales decks, etc.
  • Establish thought leadership within the market for assigned portfolio by building compelling product stories at key events, submitting award submissions and speaking engagement, gathering and creating customer testimonials, case studies, and white papers, etc.
  • Define, monitor, and measure campaign effectiveness and performance in conjunction with Marketing Operations.
  • Train internal stakeholders on product messaging and marketing assets.
  • As needed, represents Rekor at customer engagements such as with sales and at conferences.

  • 6+ years’ experience in Product Marketing, ideally at a B2B or B2G technology company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communications skills with the capacity to explain and translate complex technology concepts into simple and intuitive value-driven messaging.
  • Proven background in producing high quality customer-facing content and field assets to strategically evangelize key messages including articles, demos, webinars, videos, technical collateral, etc.
  • Demonstrated history of managing complex projects and executing marketing plans.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, technical, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Experience navigating multiple stakeholders needs to deliver on revenue goals.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize and drive efficiency in your work to deliver on time in support of aggressive goals.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic to be able to work independently with autonomy.
