Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our vibrant team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and Inspection: Unload and inspect incoming shipments, verifying accuracy and quality, and recording details in our inventory system.
  • Product Storage: Organize and store products in designated areas, maintaining an orderly and efficient warehouse layout.
  • Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring each order is complete and correctly labeled.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts, assist in tracking inventory levels, and report discrepancies or issues promptly.
  • Safety and Cleanliness: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring the warehouse is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse staff and supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and order processing.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed.
