Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and Storage: Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and accuracy against purchase orders or invoices.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels, identifying discrepancies, and reporting issues to management.
  • Distribution and Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers or internal departments.
  • Material Handling: Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems, to move materials and products throughout the warehouse.
  • Quality Control: Inspect materials and products for damage or defects, reporting any issues to management.
  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory management software.
