Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAs a guest service coordinator, your main responsibility is to provide exceptional customer service to our guests. Key duties and responsibilities of a guest service coordinator in a include:
  • Greeting and welcoming guests as they arrive at the salon.
  • Answering phone calls and addressing guest inquiries or concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Scheduling appointments and managing the salon's appointment book effectively.
  • Coordinating with hair stylists to ensure timely services for clients.
  • Managing guest check-ins and check-outs, including processing payments and handling cash transactions.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.
  • Providing information about salon services, products, and promotions to clients.
  • Assisting with retail sales of salon products and recommending products to clients based on their needs.
  • Managing client records and updating information in the salon's database or scheduling system.
