+ Bag guest groceries following Busch's bagging procedures and guest requests.

+ Determine carry out or drive up needs and assist guests in taking purchase to their vehicles.

+ Assist guests with questions, purchases and locating product.

+ Retrieve carts from parking lot.

+ Maintain bottle return area.

+ Clean and stock restrooms.

+ Empty trash.

+ Perform floor sweeps.

+ Respond to and clean up spills and broken merchandise

+ Return items left behind to their proper location.

+ Stock bags on lanes.

+ Miscellaneous cleaning functions as assigned.

+ Adhere to all Busch's policies, practices and procedures.

+ Build strong working relationships with guests, vendors and associates.

+ Exemplify key concepts of hospitality when interacting with guests.

Requirements:

+ No education or previous experience is necessary.

+ Proficient communication skills, including written, verbal and listening skills.

+ Proficient cleaning abilities to meet visual standards.
