Job Summary:
Walpole Country Club is looking for an Outside Operations Attendant reporting directly to the Outside Operations Manager. We are seeking a few, highly motivated, energetic individuals that enjoy a positive, friendly environment with the potential to start immediately. This is a seasonal position with a greater opportunity of retention heading into the 2025 season. Attendants make a set hourly wage and additional gratuity.

This position is expected to uphold the policies, guidelines and standards set forth by the Club. This individual will be involved in the day-to-day operations of the outside services at the club which include:
  • Greeting all members and guests at their vehicles and provide assistance with carrying clubs, providing golf carts, push carts or general help to ensure all have a positive experience at the Club.
  • Cleaning, preparing, and restocking all golf carts that go on to and come off of the golf course throughout the day.
  • Tending to the driving range, whether picking the range or maintaining tidiness throughout the practice facility.
  • Being attentive to golfers finishing their rounds by cleaning clubs, engaging with members in regards to their day, and ensuring to either return their clubs to their vehicle or to return them to the Club's bag room for proper storage.

Candidate Requirements:
  • The individual should be prepared to be on their feet, moving, walking, carrying and going up and down stairs.
  • The individual must maintain a well-kept personal appearance and club uniform with no tears, stains, and a visible nametag.
