Power-Flo Technologies Buffalo is looking for you to join our administrative team In the Administrative Support role, you will impact the company's operations and organization by providing exceptional customer service and accurately entering and maintaining data.


This is a full-time, on-site role. Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4 PM.

Every day you will...

  • Support the sales team by doing billing and quotations
  • Greet visitors
  • Answer the main company switchboard and direct calls appropriately
  • Sort and distribute mail to the proper departments, handle all outgoing postage, and track packages
  • Provide administrative support to the AR, AP, and Sales departments including but not limited to charging credit cards, pulling invoices, setting up new customers and vendors, handling emails, recording tax write-offs, and cash application backup
  • Write, track, and file ship tickets for various departments
  • Conduct research as needed on customer and vendor histories
  • Scan and print documents
  • Data entry
  • Order office supplies
  • Make trips to the bank and post office as needed
  • Other duties upon request

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Computer savvy
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong basic mathematical skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel (basic knowledge)
