This individual will meet with potential clients to determine the scope of a project and prepare estimates that include self-performed and subcontracted work. In collaboration with the field superintendent, this individual will coordinate and supervise the construction project to deliver a quality project under budget costs and estimated hours.

The ideal candidate for this position is a collaborative leader with excellent communication skills, thrives in team environments, manages multiple projects efficiently and effectively, and is committed to building a positive company culture.
