Executive Assistant

Are you interested in a versatile role with leadership opportunities? We’re hiring a professional and proactive Executive Assistant to support our lead supervisor. You’ll be in charge of managing schedules, making travel arrangements, organizing our filing systems, and making sure administrative tasks in the office run smoothly. Job seekers should love planning, organizing, and diving into new challenges.
Compensation:$50,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Manage office duties such as organizing filing systems and ordering office equipment and supplies
- Ensure basic bookkeeping duties are completed
- Work with an executive to prepare for meetings and record minutes
- Act as the main point of contact the high-level executive
- Perform additional assigned duties from executives such as picking up orders, handling personal mail, etc.
- Comfortable meeting deadlines and handling confidential information
- Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent certificate of completion
- 2+ years performing supportive duties in a personal assistant or executive assistant role, or similar
