Position Overview:We are looking for an experienced NLP Analyst to join our team and enhance our conversational AI capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in KORE.ai, SmartAssist, and IVR technologies, with expertise in natural language processing (NLP) and chatbot development. This role involves transforming natural language data, optimizing chatbots, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve user interactions.Key Responsibilities:NLP and Conversational AI:
  • Utilize KORE.ai, SmartAssist, and IVR technologies to develop and optimize conversational AI solutions.
  • Apply NLP techniques to transform natural language data into actionable features.
  • Work with Generative AI concepts and their application in conversational AI products.
  • Build and enhance chatbot content and define processes for identifying targeted follow-up questions based on keywords.
  • Research and analyze intent within the linguistic and technical dimensions of chatbots' capabilities.
Chatbot Development and Optimization:
  • Create and refine conversational flows to meet business requirements and improve user experiences.
  • Train chatbots to understand linguistic variations and diverse user inputs.
  • Analyze chat history to optimize intents and drive continual content refinement.
  • Experiment with different content formats and styles to deliver unique and engaging user experiences.
  • Debug and resolve issues related to chatbot behavior and performance.
Collaboration and Process Improvement:
  • Collaborate with developers, product teams, and engineering teams to maximize conversions and ensure a great user experience.
  • Drive content experiments, gather user feedback, and analyze performance metrics for ongoing improvements.
  • Define and implement efficient processes for chatbot training and content development.
Experience and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with KORE.ai, SmartAssist, IVR technologies, and programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and Python.
  • Strong background in conversational AI platforms and NLP techniques.
  • Experience with Generative AI concepts and their application in chatbot solutions.
  • Proven ability to create and optimize chatbot content and conversational flows.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a knack for experimenting with content to enhance user experiences.
Responsibilities:
