Job Summary:

The Warehouse Operator position will contribute to the overall success of the warehouse operations performing a combination of tasks related to the receiving, transporting, selecting and shipment of products on a daily basis.

2nd Shift Needed : Monday - Friday (3:30pm-Midnight)

Essential Functions:

  • Loading of Trucks.
  • Receive incoming products by unloading products off a trailer, either by a fork-lift, Slip-Sheet Machine, or by hand.
  • Identify, verify, and inspect incoming products for accuracy or damages.
  • Label product with identifying information so that product can be stored properly.
  • Transport pallets and cases throughout the warehouse to a storage location.
  • Pick products (cases or pallets) as dictated by the order.
  • Prepare picked orders (verify, pack, label) for a shipment prior to moving to staging area before being loaded.
  • Secure freight in trailers using appropriate tools and supplies.
  • Identify damages, report shortages and quality deficiencies.
  • Must be able to fill in as a backup for other key functional duties as needed.
  • Perform Daily equipment inspections.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Warehouse Operator.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Required experience in a warehouse with all and processes around receipt, put away, replenishment, picking, loading.
  • Experience using RF guns and the ability to use a WMS preferred.
  • Material handling experience, including forklifts, slip sheets, reach trucks and pallet jacks.
  • Bilingual a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
