Social Media Agent Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including corporate events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop event themes, materials, and promotional content.
  • Coordinate logistics, such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and equipment setup.
  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Monitor event timelines and budgets to ensure projects stay on track.
  • Support on-site event management, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from attendees to evaluate event success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in preparing post-event reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to event planning, including maintaining event databases and filing.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
