At Dental Associates MN, we're on a mission to provide quality dental care that's affordable for everyone in the community. We value service, collaboration, and creativity. We currently operate three dental practices, serving patients throughout the metro area. Due to our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a Licensed Dental Assistant. This position is located at our Childrens' practice in Savage, MN which serves children and young adults.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for dentistry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. Responsibilities include assisting the dentist during procedures, preparing and sterilizing instruments, taking x-rays, and providing patient education. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the dentist in all dental procedures.
  • Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment.
  • Maintain patient records and charting.
  • Provide patient education and instruction on proper oral hygiene techniques.
  • Take x-rays, impressions, and other dental records as directed by the dentist.
  • Assist with laboratory procedures as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Schedule: Two Saturdays/month, 8:00am-5:00pm
