As the Talent Acquisition Partner for Paradigm, you will:
- Evaluating applicant qualifications by reviewing resumes, comparing qualifications to job requirements, interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, and verifying references
- Using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage all necessary communication.
- Identifying and engaging passive talent to build recruiting pools for various roles
- Helping candidates edit and format resumes
- Providing interview coaching to candidates
- Providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits information to candidates
- Attracting applicants through various job sites, networking events, working with Paradigm’s marketing team to place job advertisements
- Following up with the respective Paradigm employees and candidates to maximize effectiveness and ensure timeliness of recruitment process
Manage the full cycle client experience by
- Delivering exceptional service, remaining engaged with all clients, and building a professional network for generating business opportunities
- Resolving issues pertaining to your clients and related provider assignments
- Track customer communication using cloud-based tools
RequirementsOur skills and experience wish list includes:
- Experience in staffing, recruiting, business development, or account management, preferably in technical industries such as manufacturing, creative design, information technology, microelectronics, legal services, medical devices, and hardware and software related services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, passionate about people, and comfortable building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates.
- Adept at using computers and various software applications, with a quick ability to learn new tools and technologies.
- Highly motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Resourceful and proactive in identifying issues and finding effective solutions.
- Eager to learn and stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.
