Full-Time Transitional Kindergarten (TK) Teacher position available at our Mountain View Preschool location

Compensation: $25-32/hour depending on individual experience, education and position requirements.

As a Transitional Kindergarten Teacher, you will guide children through our exciting, newly updated curriculum and exploratory play while role modeling a sound knowledge of child growth and development. Our Transitional Kindergarten teachers work closely with our Action Day Elementary School Kindergarten staff, promoting inquiry-based, experiential, and project-based learning. Along with ensuring the highest quality of care, you will have the opportunity to establish strong classroom management skills, parent relations, and have a blast creating positive, memorable experiences with the children as we prepare them for Kindergarten

Requirements

Our Ideal Candidate Will Come To Us With:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • 12 ECE Units (Required)
  • 3-5 years of teaching experience with preschool and/or elementary school aged students required
  • A love and passion for working with young children
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A reliable, can-do attitude with an eagerness to learn and grow
