Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Pedagogical Specialist to join our kindergarten group team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and education to children aged 3 and under. Your expertise will help shape our curriculum and ensure that our programs meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development in children
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a collaborative and supportive environment
• Contribute to the development of our curriculum and programs, ensuring they align with best practices in early childhood education
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest research and methodologies
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and a smooth learning experience for children
• Maintain accurate records and reports, as required

Requirements

• State-recognized degree in education or a related field
• Excellent German language skills
• Experience working with children aged 3 and under, preferably in a kindergarten or nursery setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
