REQUIRED CONTACTS:Employee works with the public or other employees directly when acting as a receptionist, answering inquiries, processing information or making referrals to the proper staff person.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Knowledge, Abilities and SkillsAbility to read and understand manuals in order to record work activities, keep records or work with computers. Skill in the operation and maintenance of a number of office machines and equipment such as computers and copiers. Skill in typing and word processing.Minimum Education, Experience and CertificationHigh school diploma or equivalent required plus one to three years of experience required. Valid Texas driver's license required. Experience in word processing and general spreadsheet applications required. Typing speed of 35 wpm required.
