What you need to be successfulTo excel as a Patient Navigator - Outreach & Enrollment at Complete Health, candidates must possess an Associates Degree in Business, Medical, Communications, Finance/Accounting, or a related field; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Additionally, previous experience aiding consumers with federal, state, or local programs to ascertain eligibility is advantageous. Proficiency in utilizing various software and tools to streamline enrollment processes is essential. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to empathetically guide individuals through complex information are key in this role.
