Subin Associates, LLP, New York's premier personal injury law firm, is looking to add a client relations associate to our growing team. You will be part of the Client Relations Team in our Pre-Litigation Department, which interfaces with clients regarding their injuries and treatment. This position involves reviewing client intake information and documentation and extensive written and telephone communication with clients.

This is a position with a lot of growth potential for a self-motivated achiever who can work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Review case files and assess client medical information
  • Conduct regular communications with clients via telephone, email and text message
  • Handle incoming phone calls from clients
  • Update CRM system to reflect all communications
  • Prepare and send out medical records requests
  • Participate in weekly team meetings to update client treatment statuses
Qualifications and Skills
  • Must speak Spanish fluently
  • Previous law firm and/or medical experience strongly preferred; knowledge of legal and medical terms in a huge plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to think logically
  • Outgoing and looking forward to working as part of a team
  • Very organized, with high attention to detail
  • Experience working with legal case management software (preferably SmartAdvocate)
  • Good computer skills
