THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR HVAC TECHNICIAN

THE SCHEDULE:

This HVAC Technician can expect to work 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday with OT as needed. Additionally, we offer "flex-time" to accommodate alternate schedules.

YOUR ROLE:

As an HVAC technician with our heating and cooling company, you approach each appointment with professionalism and expertise. As you assess the HVAC systems and accessories, you meticulously diagnose any issues and provide the client with detailed quotes and estimates. You take on the role of an educator, explaining recommended solutions such as repairs, improvements, IAQ products, maintenance plans, and replacement options when appropriate. Throughout the day, you adeptly handle repairs, perform maintenance, and implement improvements, all while ensuring the finalization of sales and creating leads for comfort advisors. Your dedication and proficiency in providing top-notch service make each day as an HVAC Technician both rewarding and impactful.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification (Required)
  • NATE Certifications or equivalent (preferred)
