We are seeking motivated Junior Insurance Sales Agents to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, presenting products and services, and closing sales. We market and sell mortgage protection insurance, traditional life insurance, final expense, retirement, and safe money management products. You will work independently to build relationships and meet sales targets, while also collaborating closely with the sales team to maximize opportunities.


As a Junior Insurance Sales Agent, you will receive comprehensive training to develop your sales skills and product knowledge. You will utilize effective communication and negotiation techniques to establish rapport and deliver tailored solutions to customers' needs. This position offers a great opportunity to kick-start your career in sales and grow within our organization


70% -140% Compensation. Builders Bonuses. Personal Production Bonuses. Trip and Commission Jump Incentives.

Compensation:

$100,000 at plan

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Qualifications:
  • If not already licensed, be willing to get licensed. We offer opportunities and have an onboarding process to do so.
  • High school diploma is necessary; a college degree is a bonus.
  • Must be a superb communicator able to carefully analyze complex ideas like insurance programs; experience working in customer service is beneficial.
  • Open to embracing the insurance industry and becoming educated about its relevant state and federal regulations.
  • Basic computer skills including proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite are required.
  • Have a reliable source of transportation. While we are virtual sales, it is important for our agents to have a way to attend training and other opportunities.
