Clarkston Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine is looking for a full-time Physical Therapy Receptionist. The ideal candidate would have previous experience working in a physical therapy office, will have a strong team focus, is patient-centric driven, is energetic, likes helping people, and has a proven track record of getting things done.

We want our patients to enjoy therapy and experience clear improvements in their health and for our clinic to receive the highest levels of patient satisfaction and our patients receive the best objectively measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitors and maintains inventory for physical therapy supplies
  • Assist with incoming patients and scheduling appointments and treatments
  • Effectively communicate with patients by responding to questions and concerns, delivering information, and maintaining patient satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Prior experience working in a medical/physical therapy setting, required
  • Athena experience, preferred
