Are you tired of working for a "corporate" firm or are you a solo attorney who is tired of the administrative headaches of private practice? If yes, we may be the solution to your frustrations. Doyel Law, LLC is looking for an attorney with family law experience and a working knowledge of consumer bankruptcy. We are hiring an Associate Attorney who can hit the ground running on domestic cases.

Compensation:

$80,000 yearly + bonuses

Responsibilities:
  • Create legal documents, including correspondence, briefs, motions, pleadings, contracts, affidavits, and settlement agreements for contract negotiations and proceedings
  • Assist clients in determining a proper solution to legal conflicts and determine the best course of action
  • Attend court hearings or other legal proceedings, perform legal research, and work with senior associate attorneys to provide legal advice
  • Resolve cases efficiently by using communicating effectively with and working alongside senior attorneys and paralegals
Qualifications:
  • Willingness to learn from senior attorneys to meet our client needs and grow our client base
  • Completion of a Juris Doctor (J.D. degree) from an accredited law school
  • Applicants must have successfully passed the state bar exam
  • Active membership with the American Bar Association (ABA)
  • Exceptional communication skills and problem-solving skills needed in order to work with all levels of staff and our clients
