The ideal candidate will provide support in various operational tasks to ensure the smooth running of daily activities.


Responsibilities

  • Oversees the firm's IT, Maintenance, and Operational projects
  • Manages invoices/payments, updates accounts in QuickBooks
  • Drafts settlement statements
  • Oversees file and data management: including the creation, organization, scanning, and maintenance of files
  • Schedules and confirms appointments, meetings, etc.
  • Responsible for general office management tasks


Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operational/administrative support
  • Microsoft Office: 3 years (Required)
  • Working knowledge of basic accounting processes, accounts payables/receivables
  • Proficiency in using DocuSign for document handling
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to coordinate projects effectively


Job Type: Full-time


Pay: From $22.00 per hour


Expected hours: 40 per week
