Bennington Home Health Care is looking for caring and compassionate in home caregivers to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community. Bennington Home health Care provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.


Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Companionship and conversation
  • Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
  • Medication and appointment reminders
  • Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
  • Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
  • Complete a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check


Responsabilidades clave:

  • Brindar asistencia con actividades de la vida diaria (AVD) como bañarse, arreglarse, vestirse e ir al baño.
  • Ayudar con la movilidad, traslados y posicionamiento.
  • Ofrecer compañía y apoyo emocional a los clientes.
  • Participar en conversaciones, actividades recreativas y pasatiempos.
  • Realizar tareas de limpieza liviana, incluyendo limpieza, lavandería y preparación de comidas.
  • Realizar mandados, como hacer compras de supermercado y recoger recetas médicas.
  • Monitorear y reportar cambios en la salud y bienestar del cliente.
  • Garantizar la seguridad de los clientes en todo momento.


Qualifications: 

  • Must be over the age of 18
  • Must have a reliable transportation method
