Collision Center Receptionist

The Collision Center Receptionist plays a crucial role in performing clerical tasks within the office to support daily operations. The Collision Center Receptionist reports directly to the Collision Center Manager and Collision Center Assistant Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Receptionists spend most of their time answering phone calls, directing inquiries, and transferring calls to employees.
- Making appointments for staff or specific employees, including executives.
- Sorting and delivering mail.
- Directing visitors to the correct office.
- Responding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner.
- Processing bills and assisting clients or customers with questions about charges.
- Organizing files related to billing, customer records, and other administrative tasks.
- Other duties as assigned
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organization skills to keep accurate records and find important information quickly
- Time management skills
- Patience and listening skills to respond appropriate and interact positively with upset customers
- Interpersonal skills to create a pleasant experience, such as being personable and attentive
