We are looking for a Sales Professional to join our team at Genesis of St. Charles. In this role, you will play an integral part in providing exceptional customer service and assistance throughout the car buying journey. As a Sales Professional, you will have the opportunity to showcase your knowledge of our vehicles, promote our services, and ensure customer satisfaction. Applications will be held in confidence.


Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through the car buying process
  • Provide accurate information about our vehicles, features, and financing options
  • Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and assist customers in selecting the right vehicle
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain a professional appearance and behavior, representing the company's values
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive work environment

 


Requirements:

  • Prior experience in automotive sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Knowledge of automotive industry trends and technologies
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
  • Must have excellent CSI and able to provide past 6 months of results
