Responsibilities

Assistance: Provide administrative support to Accounting Department to ensure efficient and smooth operations.

Data Entry: Direct Bill - accurately enter data into various systems and maintain organized records.

Correspondence: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, and e-documents.

Filing and Organization: Maintain and organize physical and digital files.

Appointment Scheduling: Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.

Confidentiality: Ensure confidentiality.


Requirements

Organization Skills: Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Computer Skills: AMS360 or other agency management systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience: Insurance industry experience is a plus.
