We are seeking a go-getter who is results oriented who can become our Community Health & School Coordinator and join our team You will be responsible for the community health education and partnership building of our Youth & Family Restoration Initiative. You will be responsible for building relationship with schools, health providers and other professionals who touch and support our youth and their families. You will initiate relationships with local municipalities and build bridges between and CAFY services.

Responsibilities:


  • Maintain and grow relationship within our Community Coordinating Council
  • Design and maintain a thriving working partnership with local schools, health care providers and mentoring program for the organization
  • Coordinate all public school training and capture community support connection for each youth or family servces
  • Leverage existing media relationships and promote CAFY intervention services with local new business and existing organization.
  • Develop and implement media post to be used for the Community Health program - Instgram, Facebook, Twitter
  • Work with other departments to help promote CAFY's brand recognition
  • Assist in the development and selection of marketing and promotional materials
  • Promote mental health, our Strengthening Family Program, and other services to grow families
  • initiate and maintain a calendar of community health events; partners; health providers to achieve your goals
Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication grammar and relationship building skills
  • Previous experience in community health and or working within school setting or other related fields
  • Experience in starting, maintaining and growing new relationships
