Position Title: CAAS Manager


Location: Wakefield, MA
Experience: 10+ years in accounting or financial services, with leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the CAAS practice.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of accounting professionals.
  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and firm policies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance visibility.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (Master's preferred).
  • CPA certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in accounting software, especially cloud-based solutions like QuickBooks Online.
  • Experience with process improvement and change management.
