CAAS Manager

- Supervise daily operations of the Client Accounting & Advisory Services practice
- Create and implement strategies for enhancing efficiency and profitability
- Track performance metrics and manage practice financials
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ensure delivery of high-quality accounting and financial services to clients
- Identify opportunities to expand services to existing clients
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of accounting professionals
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop proposals and presentations for prospective clients
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance practice visibility
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and firm policies
- Maintain high quality standards in all client deliverables

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in accounting or financial services, including leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Proven experience in managing teams and leading accounting practices
- Excellent client relationship management skills
- Strong business development and sales skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and technology
- CPA certification preferred
- Experience with process improvement and change management preferred
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and other cloud-based accounting solutions.
