Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Installer is responsible for installing parts and equipment for the Thermo King dealership.
essential functions:

  1. Install new and used Thermo King equipment by following established processes and procedures
  2. Ensure each install is consistent with the next and meets the install standard and customer’s needs
  3. Diagnose issues with re-installed equipment using EDITH diagnostic software
  4. Perform PM’s such as oil changes and inspections
  5. Complete work orders with all required information according to service policy
  6. Communicate effectively with customers
  7. Maintain a high level of cleanliness
company-wide expectations:
  1. Remain drug and alcohol free while on Company premises and within the scope of duty
  2. Understand and comply with all Sanco Enterprises policies and procedures
  3. Observe safety and security policies and procedures and use equipment and materials accordingly
  4. Duties may be added, deleted, or modified at any time, at the discretion of management, via written, verbal, formal, or informal means.

  1. Exhibit a strong mechanical aptitude
  2. Possess a clean driving record
  3. Pass a DOT approved physical
  4. Work with common hand tools as well as scissor lifts and fork lifts
  5. Work comfortably on a ladder
Must have your own set of basic hand tools and toolbox.

  1. Exposure to varying weather-related temperatures (both inside and outside)
  2. Frequently works on scaffolding
  3. Moderate exposure to confined spaces, moving objects, and mechanical parts
  4. Moderate exposure to chemicals and fumes
  5. Moderate noise level
