The Opportunity
As a Practice Manager at our Littleton Urgent Care Clinic, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operational efficiency of the clinic while contributing to its long-term strategic goals & blending your hands-on clinical experience. This role will involve hybrid duties including administrative and clinical responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare administration, financial management, and team leadership.

Your Impact
Operational Management:
- Oversee and optimize daily clinic operations to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Efficiently manage and lead the scheduling operations for the clinic, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and staff to meet patient needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and support staff to maintain a high standard of patient service.
- Enforce clinic policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Act as the point of contact for any patient feedback, working with the Medical Leadership team to address concerns.
- Place and manage orders for medical supplies, equipment, and other necessary materials in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Coordinate with the finance department to track expenses related to supplies and ensure adherence to the budget.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, supervise, and engage clinic staff, fostering a positive and collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback to enhance staff development.
- Foster teamwork and effective communication among all clinic team members.
Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with the Regional Leadership team (Director of Operations & Medical Director) to contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
