As the C-Suite Executive Assistant, you seamlessly manage the bustling calendars of our co-founders, ensuring meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements are orchestrated with precision. With your mastery of Microsoft Office 365, you craft impactful presentations and manage correspondence effortlessly. Handling confidential communications is second nature to you, as you maintain the highest standards of discretion and professionalism. From financial management tasks using QuickBooks to organizing packages and managing travel plans, you're the backbone of our executive team, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
- Experience supporting C-suite executives with high efficiency
- Proficiency in managing both personal and professional tasks for executives
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word) and QuickBooks
- Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
- Ability to quickly adapt to the dynamic needs of a growing clinic
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills
