As a Parts-Counter Associate you will be assisting our retail customers as well as the Service advisors at the front counter with their parts inquiries and requests. Maintaining department cleanliness and ensuring department safety at all times is also key.

Responsibilities:
- Build relationships & create customers for life. Take pride in providing excellent customer service.
- Ability to think outside the box and implement critical thinking.
- Ability to perform tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Ability to work well with others.
- Ability to accept and implement coaching and feedback in order to achieve individual and team performance goals set each month.
- Be the Parts expert. Know the in’s & the outs of product offerings. Assist or retail customers with parts inquiries and purchases.
- Work as a team with our customers and Service advisors to fulfill parts orders and requests.
- Additional duties as needed and assigned.
Qualifications:
- Available to work flexible hours Monday - Saturday. Closed on Sundays.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Automotive Wholesale Parts sales.
- Computer Proficiency. CDK experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
- Fantastic communication skills with your customers and co-workers
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Clean driving record
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
