The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support. Administrative assistants are responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the office. Duties will include phone coverage, document handling, scheduling, and other various administrative duties.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ACTIVITIES:

  • Assist BP Project Manager with the following tasks:
    • Timesheet management and review
    • Invoicing
    • Equipment tracking
    • PO attainment and tracking
    • Job start ups
    • LOR processing after management approval
    • Crew change
    • Personnel issues

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma minimum
  • General mathematical knowledge is required
  • Must be bilingual - fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have strong organizational skills

ESSENTIAL PHYSICAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Frequent lifting up to 30 lbs.
