This key position is designed to enhance Configuration Management (CM) performance by refining CM processes and methodologies, aligning improvements with KPIs and metrics, and ensuring effective cross-sector collaboration.

Role Overview:

As an CS Processes Improvement Administrator, you will:

  • Enhance the quality, consistency, and availability of configuration data.
  • Assist in developing a competency matrix for CM roles.
  • Establish a central repository for critical CM information.
  • Facilitate communication among cross-sector stakeholders and process experts to ensure project effectiveness.
  • Lead projects aimed at improving CM processes and data quality.
  • Analyze data metrics and KPIs to guide decision-making on process improvements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across various sites to align CM practices.
  • Support KPI reporting and other related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in data analytics or planning, with experience in project management and continuous improvement.
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in SharePoint, Confluence, MS Teams, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and business skills.
  • Effective communication in English.
  • Experience in logistics processes, supply chain, or financial flows is a plus.
