About the role:

As the Vice President of Marketing with a focus on advertising, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will lead a dynamic team of marketing professionals, leveraging your expertise in advertising strategies to position Pacvue SMB Advertising suite as a market leader and drive demand for our products and services.

Responsibilities:

  • Own our entire marketing funnel for our midmarket advertising business, ensuring efficient acquisition, high retention and sustained growth.
  • Partner with product, lead PMM and marketing teams to build out a framework to enable solutions- and vertical-specific messages, content and positioning specifically targeting midmarket and enterprise e-commerce brands.
  • Aggregate insights to provide sound feedback and decision-making.
  • Drive global acceleration plans and key performance metrics, including revenue, market penetration, and new use cases. Identify winning strategies and scale insights for Pacvue-Helium 10 solutions, with a special focus on advertising solutions.
  • Act as thought-leader and thought-partner for executive leadership and major client stakeholders, leading on topics such as the future of retail media and industry trends with a deep understanding of advertising industry dynamics.
  • Craft and iterate on midmarket and enterprise positioning, and messaging ensuring that it resonates with thought leaders, buyers and end-users at every touchpoint.
  • Execute and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive adoption of midmarket and enterprise level suite.
  • Manage marketing budget effectively to optimize ROI and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Establishing channel forecasts and budget recommendations, adapting strategies based on performance insights.
  • Lead creative teams and agencies to produce engaging advertising-focused and industry-leading content.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience in Midmarket and/or Enterprise B2B SaaS Software Customer Acquisition: Over 7 years of leadership roles within the B2B SaaS industry, with a minimum of 2 years served as a Vice President in Marketing.
  • Proven record of success in Digital Advertising, with preference given to Retail Media Experience.
  • Deep Experience with Enterprise Marketing: Over 4 years of B2B enterprise marketing, supporting sales teams selling software to large corporations.
  • Sales-Led Marketing Expertise: Proficient in securing customers for software across diverse channels, with a focus on acquiring small and mid-market business at scale.
  • Proactive Team Leadership: Demonstrated success in assessing team strengths and making necessary adjustments for optimal performance. Strong analytical problem solving leadership skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Expertise in Marketing Analytics: Adept at leveraging marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making to inform strategies and drive results.
