JOB DESCRIPTION: DIRECTOR OF PEOPLE AND CULTURE


Reports to:President


Position Mission:Build out an industry leading Human Resources platform that is committed to establishing, serving, and equipping C/Sharpe employees.

Results/Measurables :

1)Implement a strategy for personal growth including:

a.Spiritual Development

b.Health and Wellness

2)Implement a strategy for professional development including:

a.Leadership training

b.Technical training

3)Industry leader in Human Capital Management (HCM) technology.

4)Provide strategic direction and measurable improvement in our recruiting, onboarding, and employee experience.

5)Score> 90% on Internal Surveys relating to People, Vision, and Employee Engagement.
