We are looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to supervise and coordinate glazing projects from start to finish. The perfect candidate will have a solid background in construction project management, particularly in glass and glazing installations. This role includes overseeing project timelines, budgets, and teams to ensure successful project completion.


Key Responsibilities:


Project Planning & Coordination:

- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to define project requirements and objectives.

- Prepare and present project proposals and reports to stakeholders.


Team Management:

- Supervise and lead project teams, including glass installers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

- Conduct regular team meetings to review project progress, address issues, and ensure alignment with project goals.

- Provide training and support to team members as needed.


Budget & Cost Management:

- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.

- Negotiate contracts and manage procurement of materials and services.

- Identify and address potential cost overruns or delays.


Quality Control:

- Ensure all glazing work meets industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.

- Conduct inspections and oversee quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of workmanship.


Risk Management:

- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.


Client Relations:

- Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates on project status.

- Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly.

- Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and project delivery.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- 5 plus years experience as a Project manager

-Proven experience as a Project Manager in the glass glazing or construction industry.

- Strong knowledge of glazing systems, materials, and installation techniques.

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
