Primary Job Functions: 

Assist in the management of all functions for the branch: HR, Finance, Sales, Operations, Warehouse, Inventory, Purchasing,

Facilities. Take a lead role in the training and coaching of employees.

Act as an executive and team leader; lead and support a team. Accurately and effectively communicate to reviewers and stakeholders.

Branch Facilities Preparer

Branch Purchasing Supervision

Branch Warehouse Supervision


Required Skills: 

Executive leadership skills, Financial statement analysis, Effective communication, Organized, Reviewing and Reporting, Translate vision, Ability to tie back, Coaching/Mentoring


Required Experiences: 

Conducting effective meetings

Assistant Branch Manager Exposure Training Schedule equivalent


Required Attitude:

Positive mentor, Goal oriented, Ambitious, Charismatic, Progressive/Continuous Improvement, Team player


Required Cognitive Skills: 

Problem solving, Analytical thinking, Data analysis


Required Habits: 

Self-motivation/management, Punctuality, Thorough and Detail oriented, Result driven, Tie back to supervisors/reviewers


Success Looks Like:

- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to achieve branch goals, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure operational

excellence.

- Supervise branch staff, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a high-performing team.

- Assist in daily branch operations, including cash handling, transaction processing, and addressing customer inquiries or

concerns.

- Act as a liaison between branch staff and management, facilitating effective communication and teamwork.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

- Conduct management reporting and analysis to monitor branch performance, identify trends, and propose improvement strategies.


- Promote a customer-centric culture and maintain a welcoming and professional branch environment.



Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation depends on your experience.
